My database has ballooned in size since update updating Joomla to the latest version. Not sure if the events are related.
Looking at the database the table xxx_sessions are over 1.6gb! Trust me, the website is not that busy.
There is nothing to suggest the site's been hacked so can I just clear out the session table?
